Larry’s furniture roots run deep. His father worked as a designer at Wolf & Dessauer, and shortly after graduating college, Larry began working in furniture sales and designing custom furniture. In 2001, Larry and his wife, Lora, saw a need for heirloom-quality furniture in Fort Wayne and created Olde Oak Tree Furniture + Design.

what we do
We are a full-service company, from design to installation. We offer stylish, high-quality, locally-crafted furniture in a wide variety of styles, woods, and colors, and we can customize any design–or create something new–to make sure you get the perfect piece for your space.
We bought 2 dressers and 2 end tables from the Olde Oak tree. The associates we dealt with along the way were so patient and helpful because they wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. The furniture we received arrived right when they said it would and it is beautiful. We chose a wormy Maple in a natural finish and couldn’t be happier. We were also able to customize the legs on our dressers to suite the style we were looking for. If you are looking for great service, and furniture that will last more than a lifetime then this is the place to go. Plus, you are supporting local businesses and builders in our area.
We recently purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Olde Oak Tree and are so happy with the results! There were a few custom things we wanted and it all turned out even better than we’d hoped. All of the staff we worked with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, the furniture is pricey but it’s worth it, and it’s very comparable pricing to all the other Amish-made furniture we looked at when we were searching. We will definitely be returning customers for our future furniture purchases!
